Help with the BTFU app

Email support@btfu.com.auand we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Include the email address on your BTFU account and, if something isn't working, what you were doing when it happened.
Subscriptions
BTFU Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions → BTFU. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
Already subscribed on another device? Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen in the app.
Deleting your account
In the app, open the menu (☰), then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and data. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that in your iPhone Settings as above.
